The place has a self serve pet shower/bath. Healthy pet food, and a nutritionally knowledgable staff. They even keep a log of what you bought so you can see what your pet liked and didn't.
Self service dog baths are amazing and they have an air dryer for fluffy dogs! Staff is super nice i was happy to pay them to wash my dog thats how wonderful my experience was!
This store is great. Smaller, homier version of Pet-Smart with more individualized customer service and plenty of quality items for sale.

Brought my dog here for a free bath from the coupons received after the Indy Mega Pet Adoption. The self-service dog washes are really easy to use and a pretty painless experience for both the owner and dog. I enjoyed the personal attention from the staff and will definitely be back for more washes and treats/toys!
