I took my bike there for a tune up. I took it in on a Friday and the guy said it would be done by the following Wednesday. I called a week later on Friday because I hadn't heard anything and they said that it was not done yet. Finally 2 weeks after I dropped it off I was able to pick the bike up. When I went to pick it up they went to hand it over and realized they hadn't lubed the chain yet so they put it on their work stand and lubed the chain. I have a speedometer computer on it and the replaced the batteries for free on it which in grateful for. After I got the bike home I went for a ride and both the front and the rear wheels were wobbly, as when before I dropped it off they were perfectly round. They must of had a blind guy working on my bike or something because it's obvious that the wheels were not true. I would not take a bike there to get serviced unless you're looking for piss poor service.
Called in today and asked if I they had an air pump that I could use to pump my up my tires. The lady on the phone was kind and replied back that I could come on in and use their pump. When I got there I was told to go down near the mechanics area where I'd find a pump. When I asked the older gentleman working in the mechanics area if he had any air pumps that I could use he told me straight out to go to a gas station and pay to use the air compressor there. This just showed me what type of business these guys do. Being an avid biker myself, every bike shop I've been to allows you to come in and use their air pumps. Not happy with my first visit there and possibly will be my last visit there.
Bought my wife a new road bike for birthday and it had some issues that were to me troublesome. I took it to Endurance house and not only were they incredibly helpful, but were also knowledgeable and very kind. I did mot have an appointment but they worked me in. I dropped off the bike and a few days later I get a call the bike is done. I go to pick up the bike and again very courteous and the bike is clean and ready for pick up. ALL of the issues gone and the bike rides beautifully.
