I greatly appreciate the reception and service I received. Not being an existing patient, they accepted my need for a dental problem and quickly worked me in.
I will tell you this, each time I return for a cleaning, check up or a major "project", I am more at ease with being there. Doc, your staff does a wonderful job, making your patients feel at ease with whatever the treatment they are receiving. They are very thorough, they answer the phone, they return calls and they explain each process with a method that I understand and learn.
So, maybe I don't despise it now, just do not like to go.
