I'm paying $75 a month for a 5x8 storage unit. I was in a hang gliding accident 1/2 and taken by Lifeline to the hospital with ten broken bones including my spine, six ribs, hip and arm in two places. I was in critical care and spent two weeks in the hospital. I was unable to do anything for five days. As soon as I was able I had my computer brought to the hospital and began contacting vendors to explain and pay my bills. Every one of them except Store Here Anson was very responsive, understanding and removed all late fees and penalties. After an email, six phone calls and over a week Jennifer finally returned my call. She said she would check with Corporate about having my outlandish $11.75 late fee removed and call me back. That was over a week ago. I called back again today and Jennifer flatly and unsympathetically stated the late fee would not be removed. I will now find any means possible to have my belongings removed from this storage unit and while I'm laid up in a body cast the next several weeks I have the worthwhile mission of making sure every prospective future customer is aware of their terrible business practices. I've been a small business owner for many years and don't believe I've ever encountered worse.
Never anyone on site, terrible customer service, would not recommend this place to anyone

I had great service when I went. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. She assured me that she would help make my move easy and she did just that. A lot of people don't realize that she does everything at that location.
This place is awful. No one is EVER there. I was there today, a Monday, at 2:30. Three people were waiting there - all saying the same thing -"No one is EVER here". I'm not sure if you are actually paying someone to be in that office or not, but you might want to check up on what is actually happening. I'm trying to give move-out notice on the two units I have there and I can't even do that. Beware, consumers. On-site service does not exist here. Find a different place to store.
Update: After posting this review....I logged on today to pay my bill and found they added insurance to my account I didn't authorize and increased my monthly bills from $75 to $96 without explanation. I have a contract for $75 a month. This appears to be vindictive. When I call no one answers the phone. I've called, sent two emails and a facebook message but yet to receive any response. The website doesn't allow you to pay a different amount. If you don't pay the amount they show due it accesses an outlandish late fee which you can't get refunded. Also, if you don't pay the amount due they lock you out of you Storage Unit within 5 days. I'm going to be forced to contact my attorney.
