Knowledgeable, friendly staff and a great selection of jewelry and watches!

Jewelry and other merchandise is very solid quality. Staff is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend.

It was at this point that the conversation took a sour turn as instead of telling me that they couldn't do it or that it would be x amount of dollars, instead he stated that it would likely be as much as $100 and wouldn't be worth it. Unfortunately I didnt ask whether it would be worth it to him and perhaps it was a misunderstanding in that what he meant was they don't offer that service because it's typically not worth it to most people. However, he didnt ask what I would be willing to pay, which oddly enough I was thinking at least $200 to do it. I don't know if he assumed that $100 was going to be too much for me based on the casual clothes I was wearing but I didn't like the assumption and it left a sour taste in my mouth. All he had to say was "sure it can be done, this is what it will cost." I probably would have handed over my credit card on the spot. However I will not be going back again.

Sold a ring here. Very polite, friendly and professional. Everything was straight forward and well explained couldn't be happier with the experience.

Went for the first time this afternoon because I have a 1980 Bulova Oceanographer that i inherited from my father. The gold plating on the back of the watch has started to corrode so I searched for a place in Zionsville who may be able to repair it. Midwest came up as the most recommended place in the area.

I had a very pleasurable experience dealing with Barbara & Mark in selling some of my estate jewelry. Very knowledgeable, friendly & professional. They have a nice variety of new & estate high end timepieces at reasonable prices. I will be back as a future customer.

When I entered I was greeted at the front desk promptly and when I explained what I was interested in doing they went and asked for assistance from a gentleman that had more experience with watches. He was polite and courteous and the conversation was pleasant. However the person that introduced us stated that I was interested in trying to polish it. He stated that it probably wasn't possible since the plating was already coming off. I said that I had figured that but was actually interested in having the case itself re-plated.
