If you are planning on buying appliances at lowes near whitestown, dont waste your time! My wife an I could not get anyone to answer any of our questions after waiting for 40 minutes for help. Even the store manager could not help us because he did not know about appliances by his own admission! Isnt a store manage supposed to know about everything in the store?? Ill take my money to Sears!
Patty, customer service and Candace paint department are so polite. My husband is prior military and has a disabled. Many people do not see him as a miltary person and only see his disability as a bother. Patty and Candace were the best at helping us today and went out of their way to help us. Candace explained all the paint products we needed. Patty reached out to us when she noticed we were having problems registering our military info on the Lowe's website. She made sure we were registered by personally checking us out and said thank you to my husband for his service. Thank you Lowe's for hiring great people like Patty and Candace.
